Best way to get from CDG to 5th or 6th Arrondissment with luggage?
I will be arriving into Charles De Gaulle (CDG) airport, I will have a Large Backpack and another piece of luggage (I am travelling to Africa after my four days in Paris) and I am wondering the easiest way to get from the airport to this area. How easy is it to travel on the metro with luggage. I am from NY city and know that travelling with luggage and managing the staircases on the subway can be difficult. Are there shuttles to and from the airport and where can i get that information.

You can travel from CDG on the RER B to the St. Michel Station which is in the 5th arr. and only a short walk into the 6th. Depending on exactly where you are going it may be possible to avoid the Metro itself. Since the RER B would be originating at CDG you shouldn't have much trouble with your bags if they aren't way bigger than average.
However, there are also several shuttle companies.
