Which rucksack/backpack?

I'm going travelling for 3 months through Asia, Australia and New Zealand and would like a bit of advice on a rucksack. I would like one between 55 and 65 litres and I want a day bag attatched to it.
One with as many advantages as pssible would be great such as an adjustable back system, zip up straps, wheels, YKK zips etc. I think the ones that aren't top loaders sound better as well.
Advice on where to get them nice and cheap (in £) would also be appreciated. Thanks!

If your travels mean you don't travel in winter you could definitely get a 55 litre backpack.
