Im taking my PC from the US to Istanbul: will I need a watt converter/adapter for it to work? Is there WI-FI?

I will be in Turkey soon and was told that new PCs (electronics in general) are already set-up for International Travel and won't burn out from the wattage difference. I'm not sure if this is true?

Most laptops switch automatically from 220 or but the plug is the issue.

On desktops there is a switch in the back to switch from 115 to 220.

Depending on where you stay geting online should not be a problem.
